He is already well into the learning curve. by the time we finish with all the off season activities, training camp and preseason Beebe will be good to go as the starting center.

There is no doubt in my mind he will at least start at Tyler Biadasz's level or further ahead in game one. It will be nice to not see him getting pushed back into the QB like Biadasz did on what seemed like a regular basis.

As regards strength and ability to stone a rush he should be a lot better
polished in all the other things a center has to do, not so likely. That will take time no matter what people wish.

There is also the fact that he has to learn to work with Zach and whoever is LG. Teamwork takes time to become automatic

I can’t wait to see this new offensive line in action on opening day. It’s not going to look like anything we’ve seen in the past at least I don’t remember an offensive line this big before.

And then there are those who always take the negative stance.

Didn't I read somewhere that Cooper Beebe was a smart guy? I think that is a critical characteristic of a C.
Read he came to KState as a 3 star DT....and was moved to OL his freshman year. Became an ALL Big 12 first team in his sophomore season at LT.......now that's fast..and shows he is a quick learner. So piece of cake for Beebe. I think his nickname here could be IHOP.......because of the number of pancakes he will serve up.

The good thing is he likely won’t need to worry about helping or having to pick up ANY slack for his guards, sandwiched in between two all pro guards is a blessing for him for sure.
