Not to mention that they are finally putting some money into the Cotton Bowl, but it is almost too little too late as the Cotton Bowl left the fair grounds.

It would have been so simple to place Jerry World there...

yup, even with jerry giving them a take it or leave it type of attitude. so what. jerry is putting up over 600 mil of his own money. the city of dallas will forever be one of the stupidest cities ever for letting the cowboys go to arrlington.

Next up is the Texas/OU game. So far everyone says there are no plans to move it, but once they start throwing the money figures around, it will get shipped to Jones' World as well.

The Texas OU game will probably not make the jump to Jerry World. It will either stay at the Cotton Bowl or go home and home

I disagree, I think they will definelty move the game to the new stadium and keep it in DFW.....the contract is only through 2009 or 2010.......and the Cotton Bowl Stadium is so outdated (I went to the Cotton Bowl 2 years ago)........Texas-OU needs to stay in the DFW Metroplex......if not it will just become another game.

The committee just met and the Cotton Bowl will move to Jonestown in January 2010...
