Cowboys 3-round mock draft

Round 2: TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State
Round 3: Derrick Harmon, DT, Oregon

You guys follow players better than me. This sounds good to me but I don't know if it's possible. Is this a good or bad plan? Is this possible?

Walker makes a lot of sense after Overshows injury
Henderson I like a lot, but he will go in round 3
Harmon probably goes in the 20's

I like the players. This layout seems more feasible.
1. Walker
2. DT... Maybe Sanders from South Carolina or Norman-Lott from Tennessee
3. Henderson

Like all these players but at this point Harmon is going somewhere between 10 and 40. I think you have to go DT in one of the first two rounds if you want an impact guy. It's possible to get one later, but I think it's a lot harder to hit on than LB or RB after 1/2.

Harmon is going in the 1st…I’d take him over Walker.

The first two rounds are possible.

Harmon in the third was accurate a few months ago perhaps but not anymore. He has become a disruptive force during Oregon’s run.

I doubt Harmon falls to the 3rd unless he blows his ACL, which in that case we take him in the 2nd. lol

IMO I don't have a crystal ball, but it seems like this draft has the potential for some good DT's high in the draft. The time to draft one is day 1. Even with Graham going possibly top 8, there's still some worthy DT's in the early to late teens worth taking.
Give me Harmon in the 1st, push come to shove and then take a LB in the 2nd/3rd.

It's a deep RB class, so I'm not sure of the potential drop off between 32 picks.

Harmon is a top 15 pick and has a good chance to be our selection in the 1st rd. Walker is more of a tweener but is talented and do not like Henderson as he is injury prone and lacks vision.

Good first attempt. These rankings will start getting updated as the offseason begins.

If you’re drafting Walker it’s not to replace Overshown because he’s not a true LB. He’s more in line with how we use Micah as a pass rushing EDGE.

I’m a big fan of TreyVon Henderson as a pro prospect.

That would be fantastic, but highly unlikely.
I'd be happy with Walker in 1, but DT in 1 is my first choice.
Henderson would be good for me. James and Singleton are my two pet cats for rds 2-4.
Harmon will never make it that far down draft. He's probably a rd 1 guy.
