53 players on this team, 53 different brands, not one brand that included doing what it takes to win at all costs. Some of our top players seem to only be worried about them instead of the team. Yes Jerry is the biggest BRAND on this team, but eventually we have to focus on the guys who are playing on the field. Until we have a TEAM we'll continue to have 53 guys just focused on them and how they can make their brand better, please give your thoughts;!

Everybody has their own priorities.

The primary priority of the NFL is generate revenue with viewership growth as their secondary priority because it helps with their primary priority.

The primary priority of NFL Teams/Owners is to make money with winning games as their secondary priority because it helps with their primary priority.

The primary priority of NFL Coaches is to make money by securing longterm contracts with winning games as their secondary priority because it helps with their primary priority.

The primary priority of NFL Players is to make money by securing large guaranteed-money contracts with winning games in the post-season as their secondary priority because it helps with their primary priority.

The primary priority of NFL Sports Media is to generate advertising revenue with viewership growth as their secondary priority because it helps with their primary priority.

The primary priority of NFL Fans is for their team to win games.

So the NFL, NFL Teams/Owners, NFL Coaches, NFL Players and NFL Sports Media all want to make money as their primary priority.

Winning games is more of a bonus since revenue is mostly locked in for years due to network contracts and the CBA revenue sharing agreements.

NFL Fans are the only group with the primary priority of winning games. They also have no secondary priorities.

Everyone but the fans share the same primary priorities so placing more or less blame on any of them is nothing more than self-projected biases these days.
