No team stands a better chance of beating a good team on the road than do the Cowboys, based on strength of road victory in the regular season. Cowboys' road victims are 28-32 (.467)

Carolina only has one road win against a winning team (the Bucs, just after Simms took over). The Panthers' other road wins came against teams that are a combined 18-42 (.300)

The Giants' two road victims are a combined 9-21 (.300) Never was there a better year for a team to have 9 home games.

Seattle's road victims are 23-52 (.306)...Like the Giants, the Seahawks will finish the season without a road win against a winning team. Which won't matter, because the Seahawks have home field throughout.

Chicago's road victims are 18-27 (.400)...The Bears' only road win against a winning team was at Tampa.

Washington's road wins came against teams that are a combined 19-26 (.422)...The Skins' only road victory was in Dallas in September.

Tampa Bay's road victims are 32-41 (.438) with 3 road wins against winning teams, although one win was against the Vikings, who might not end up as a winning team when it's all said and done.

Now, if the Cowboys can just get in...

Let's get in first, then we can be that team that nobody wants to face in the playoffs.

It's still a pretty big if.

Road Terror? Aren't we having a typical overreaction again now? I haven't changed my mind since the Giants game about Cowboys.

If cowboys get into playoffs I expect one game and out, although if its against Giants or Commanders especially, I see a chance though. Because against Skins, at least this time around, they will be amped up to play them.

The Cowboys have as many road wins against winning teams as Carolina, Seattle, the Giants and Chicago COMBINED. Those four teams are all in first place (or tied for first) in their divisions.

I know, yesterday was really the 1st good road game, both offensively and defensively the Cowboys have played since the 1st game at San Diego. They were horrible offensively in Oakland, Seattle, Philly, NYG and Washington. They did play pretty well defensively most of the time on the road with the exception of the game against SF and Washington. Great win yesterday, but all this talk about the Cowboys being the team nobody wants to face and a serious threat in the playoffs (which odds are against them even getting in), I don't buy that for a second.

lets not worry about seattle's road record, they arent going anywhere

Bah! Humbug!

Well you just keep feeling that way and the rest of us will enjoy our Cowboys and keep hoping for the playoffs and the possibility of advancing.

you make a compelling argument, very

and for those who don't believe that noone will want to face us, think about it, we've given every top team we've faced, a run for their money, w/ the exception of last week at the Commanders, and last week's blowout defeat doesn't take away us taking Seattle, New York, San Diego, Kansas City, and Denver, down to the wire

Yeah Ok, I am wishing for Cowboys loss!!

The Cowboys did play very well on the road this year with the exception of the NY and Washington games.

And Oakland/Seattle/Eagles. Got lucky against Eagles obviously. But Defense only bad against Washington on road and Chiefs at home.

The playoffs are a mere formality to us winning it all this year. ;)
