Turpin actually ran a punt return back for a TD this year .... only to have it negated by penalty flag by bust pick Nashon Wright

You are either classified as coordinator or a position coach.

So, TE coach and OL coach are both considered position coaches so this would be considered a lateral move and thus the team the position coach is still under contract to has the right to block it.

Might cause some hard feelings, but them the breaks.
