Hopefully, Diggs is the exception to what we've seen in Dallas, where a player coming off a major leg injury just isn't as good that first year as he was. Hard to learn to trust that you won't hurt it again. And any stiffness or pain causes tentativeness.
he did get early in the season so that probably helps as compared to someone like Gallup

True. It's just tough to bounce back from an ACL tear the next season. Some have done it, but a lot of players don't seem to get back fully until a season later.

Yeah until someone is blowing past him and we're hearing later in the off season that he didn't have his confidence etc etc

We can have that Diggs/Bland combo finally this year.
Looking forward to seeing him and Bland on the field together.
I hope Diggs is back up to speed early on in the season. I also hope Bland has figured out what made him drop off towards the end of last season.

The 2 of them together should give us a heck of a DB tandem.

We play San Fran I think. Hope he is healthy enough to run away from George Kittle again so he doesn't get hurt.

I know there's different types of ACL tears in severity. The fact that he may start on the PUP even though he tore it early in the season yet someone like Steele who tore his in December but was cleared for TC without going on the PUP definitely is no surprise on how much Steele struggled last year.
I'm sure the doctors didn't cheat/put him at risk, but even with how much better the medical field has gotten at repairing the ACLs it's still a process that needs time to get back into shape, especially in the NFL.

All for Diggs not being rushed back into practice, especially since his position requires a lot more cutting, quick twitch movements.
Last thing we need is another Gallup mental scenario.

I do not expect Diggs to fully trust the healed ACL until training camp 2025.
