Why the hell would it be personal for McCarthy? He wasn’t the one made a scapegoat and fired

But you can bet the house that Kellen had this game marked on the calendar……he’s here for the reckoning.

I doubt it. Stories are that he was ready to move on and that's what happened. Jerry gave him an incredible opportunity at a young and green age. I highly doubt he's got some vendetta, even if it will feel good to win given the narrative.

Well mike only changed 30% of the offense and it's still developing/learning every week. ( Keep in mind, it's the simplest offense you'll see in the national football league).

Kellen installed an entire offense for a completely different quarterback than hes had here, a WR Corp he had to evaluate, and a OL he knew nothing about. Let's see how far along he is.

Although he’s too smart to admit it, I believe it’s just human nature for a fired person to prove that his dismissal was unwarranted….No better team to do it with than the team that canned him.

The Chargers players will give him the game ball if his offense kicks our ashes.

Yep and you and your cronies watched every last play of the Cowboys in the barn before being hired.

Yeah...
Run the damn ball and rest the dee.
Yeah,
Fixing penalties are first priority.

And the list goes on.
Sad.
He admitted that was a lie.

I hope there isn’t a personal element. The last time he faced a team with a personal element the Cowboys coughed up a 14 point lead to Green Bay. There was a personal element for the entire team last week and we got destroyed.

Kellen excelled at the Garrett school of not making adjustments though, so there's that.

it might work out better for him or he will be looking for another job. The Head Coach for the Chargers is probably gone very soon.
