That's nice, but I'm much more interested in wins. Power rankings have always seemed to be a rough estimate on who's playing well at the moment.

It’s another reason that win at Minnesota was crucial. Playoff seeding is going to be critical. Whoever ends up the 4 seed is going to get the Rams / Cardinals. Not a good matchup for anybody looking to make a run

I want the bye . . . period. It's one less game and an extra week of rest after a long season! Don't care who we play. I have emotional reasons to want a shot at GB as I hate the player AR. Secondly we owe LA an azz whipping. Thirdly I want a rematch (I think) with Tampon Bay.

Power rankings are an empty suit . . . they mean nothing. Personally I wish we were ranked 4th or 5th or even lower.

I’ve been following the Cowboys since the early 70s. This team is special. Is it, “92-93“ cowboy special? Too early to tell, but it does have that feel. If we stay healthy, there’s nothing but ourselves stopping us from at least an NFC championship match. This team has it all!

the offense is literally unstoppable and our D can is aggressive, high octane in your face on every play.

If Dak played against Minn, we would have undoubtedly ran away with that game as well. I can see this team finishing 15-2 with home field advantage.

The problem with this argument is that if those teams are so good, we're going to have to face them anyway after they beat the number 4 seed. But in general you're right that seeding is important. Just don't do it because you fear facing a team.

Love defense! As a Safety and LB love me some good team defense.
