I agree but it’s easier said than done. Some people just can’t be stopped (ex: Aaron Donald, Cooper Kupp, Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, Travis Kelce). They are simply too good at their positions. The best we can do is limit him.

Jalen Hurts will be exposed on Sunday. He’s playing way over his head and it has a lot to do with quality of competition so far. Gonna be another low scoring game.

I think Cowboys must be careful when rushing Hurts, running QB when they face man coverage will often times hit big runs as CB have their back to the QB. If we are playing more zone coverage, I would not expect Hurts to be able to pull off big runs.

Hopefully they have that plan going into the game. Not like how they came out vs the giants.

Yes, I think they need to spy him. This LB core has to play better too though. The D-Line and secondary have really picked it up but LVE and Barr not so much. They're playing assignment sound football, but we need much more of them from this game. The Cowboys pass rush will have success, but with #11 and #90 crashing off the edge Hurts is going to step up in the pocket and run and spying isn't enough. LVE and Barr need to have big games to stop the Eagles offense.

I would also say we need to be dutiful in not overrunning our pass rush past Hurts and contain him.

Burrow exposed us a little in the Cincy game by taking off right up the gut because our DEs were running past the pocket.
