They may have a few basic pass plays for him. Some shorter throws for 1st downs.
Would be great if he can be an end zone threat.

Sure would, but dang that's our entire offense, a smart guy like you could come in off the street and play for the cowboys, dang this offense!!!!

He's been in the NFL a while, but I think he's just active for special teams purposes. It will be interesting to see if Dallas has four TE's up for the game; if Schoonmaker is inactive it will be a very bad look.
