Camp body...Meh.
If he's so good why didn't his past teams kept him?
In the NFL, teams don't fill up a 90 man training camp roster with all future starters. He is a perfect signing for what is expected of him: training Camp reps, potential practice squad and if he somehow ends up on the 53 he has played special teams at the NFL level and has some (limited of course) experience playing offense too and has blazing speed. Lastly he was good enough in camp here last year to spend time on our PS. Do you even remember him? Experience is a good thing regardless of how upset you are that we haven't had bigger signings this year. He isn't meant to compete for a starting job.Meh.

He was probably our best WR last preseason. Unsure why he never got a chance to play on gameday.stellar
Few more teams and he can collect the entire league.Career history
