Are you trying to tell me that the former scout and baseball coach, who only got his start in Dallas because he played special teams for Jeff Ireland at North Texas, is unqualified to be an NFL Special Teams Coordinator?

Obviously, it's not good, but saying "T-32nd" isn't possible and shows you're pushing a narrative.

If you don't want to say T-28th (or whatever) because it doesn't let the reader know that it's last place , then say "tied for last with X number of other teams"
