Ulead Gif Animator, I think the version I have is 4.5. Cost is about $45 and works on most video files except for real audio and quicktime (But I did find a software that converts quicktime to mpeg, think it's called stoik, or something similar).

Without a doubt it's worth every penny...

Here's what I've done so far, not the smoothest in the world, but not too bad.

Because of the length of the gifs I had to make them smaller than I'd prefer, hopefully they're not too small...
