We all have been aware that Cowboys are getting younger seemingly by the minute but a check of their roster really jumps out at you. Take a gander at these stats:

(1) Bledsoe, 2/14/72 - 13, (2) A.Glenn, 7/16/72 - 12, (3) Coleman, 5/24/74 - 11, (4) T.Glenn, 7/23/74 - 10, (5) Owens, 12/17/73 - 10, (6) Riveria, 4/26/72 - 10, (7) Singleton, 8/7/75 - 9, (8) Vanderjagt, 2/24/70 - 9, (9) Fabini, 8/25/74 - 9, and (10) Ferguson, 11/28/74 - 9. Remember these are all FA pickups. And frankly I expect at least Singleton (in last year of 4 yr contract, A.Glenn (in 2nd yr of 2 yr contract) and Coleman (only signed for 1 yr) to be gone after 06 season. Also all our eyes will be on Riveria's performance this season along with Fabini's as to whether they still around in 07.

After that, we drop down to Adams, 5/18/75 & Ellis, 8/14/75 -- both of whom have 8 yrs & both are home grown.

After that, down we go again to Hannam & Henry with 5 & both were FA pickups.

Everybody else remaining on the team has 4 years (Ayodale, Boiman, Roy Williams & Gurode) or LESS.

Wonder where we rank on average age of team in the league.
