Whoa. Not good to be getting charged with that. If I'm not mistaken isn't that what Martha Stewart got into trouble for?

Stewart wasn't in jail too long... But when she got out, she was on house arrest for a little while.

It's serious business, even though the $750k or so he allegedly avoided in losses is a drop in the bucket to him.

I'm pretty sure Stewart didn't go to jail for insider trading. she went to jail for lying and falsifying evidence on top of the insider trading.

Cuban will probably have to enter a plea bargain and pay a huge fine.


Legally, I'm not too worried about this. I'm more worried about what Stern will do.

what's so serious about it? 750k fine and house arrest? Doesn't seem to serious to me are their other penalties that will hurt him?
