My first thread. I kind of feel like Navin Johnson from the Jerk when the phone book finally arrived.
Anyway, I stumbled across an article that said D’Andre Swift had requested a trade following the Gibbs pick and there was speculation that Detroit may honor the request. I did a general search for D’Andre and the Cowboys and there were a number of articles speculating that Dallas could be a potential destination.
I realize these are only speculations based on assumed needs but I was curious about others thoughts. I believe he is a FA next year and has similar skill sets as Gibbs and Pollard. I’m also not sure what the cost might be but would assume it would be something less than RB1. Some folks on the boards had visions of a Gibbs/Pollard tandem. Could Pollard/D’Andre be a scaled down version of that vision?
