D Upgrade Question

What do you guys think about going after Nate Clements and moving him to FS?

Two other players that will be expensive but very good - A. Thomas of Baltimore and Briggs of Chicago. Any chance we look at either one of these players?

I don't like Clements.

Thomas will command a big pay day as will Briggs, but I imagine Briggs will be a bit less since he's not as fancy as Thomas was. Briggs is solid, though. I'd take him since I don't think giving 4-6 a year to Thomas is prudent with all the money already locked up in the defense and with Romo having a payday soon.

Clements will command an awful lot of money, and I don't think he would be too open to a less glamorous role

Deon Grant is who I would sign, solid in all areas and wont' cost too much
