I don’t think this stat is particularly meaningful.

The first game was all the way back in 2017. Teams are completely different now.

Second was in 2021. Cowboys won. Other than the Int, Dak played ok.

Listen I am now of the opinion that Dak isn’t the guy to get us to the next level: a championship. As such I would like to see the cowboys move on.

But he will still do well enough against average or poor defenses and the cowboys are likely going to still win double digit games and make the playoffs.

The chargers can beat them. But their defense is not good. So it wouldn’t shock me if the offense and Dak overall do pretty well.

Unfortunately they don’t keep stats for commanding the huddle and leadership. In both of those games against the Chargers , Prescott excelled in both of those attributes.

Touchdowns are probably the most overrated stat in football…….

The game in 2017 was just awful which heavily skews this stat lol.


In the second game (2021) Dak was 23-27 and threw a pick. We also rushed for 198 yards that game.
