It's high time we cut bait with Dakota and fire Fat Mike and the entire coaching staff. Then let all the overpaid and over the hill veterans say goodbye to their retirement pastures.
The only thing to fix this sinking ship is to dump everything and play the chump next season to get some high draft picks including a decent QB. This team is toast and 1 and done playoffs tell the story.

Yeah,
My first of the year stance was that this team will go as far as the HC and QB will take it.
I still stand by that.
If we stay the same at those 2 positions, we'll continue to get the same results.
