If Dak had just put up an average game against the 49ers, then the Cowboys would be playing the Eagles instead of the 49ers playing them today. Dak would get a chance against a team who for the most part if has owned over his career. The Cowboys might have been the toughest remaining NFC opponent last week, which could have stopped the Eagles

Instead Dak puts up one of the worst games of his career and is the reason for why the Cowboys lost last week. It's just frustrating to think about.

Don’t forget the almost pick 6.. comical how Rush “almost” threw INTs, but Dak zealots conveniently forget the horrible throws he makes that could have been more disastrous..

and let’s also not forget the Niners RB ran out of bounds even giving our offense another chance for Dak to suck.

I would add he inexplicably ignored TY Hilton running uncovered down the seam.
Choosing instead to throw to a covered Lamb. That's 6 points all day. Hell, i could've

He's just a average guy. I was fooled into believing he could elevate the players around him. He can't. He needs the talent around him to do the work. That's also a failure on the GM who should know this and surround the net deficit with talent instead of getting rid of it.

Also the OC who believes in this guy so much they choose to have him throwing 30+ times in high stakes games.

Its not like he would have done better this week. Dak is the definition of inconsistency.

The OC didn’t choose Dak. He also was 4-1 with Cooper Rush and they were extremely effective on scripted plays with him. He also knew how to adjust after the half, as even against the Eagles as Rush got it down to 20-17 in the 4th, but the defense folded on the long drive.

And Rush is a back up with limited arm strength.

Those two picks were awful throws….late as hell on the first, piss poor recognition of zone on the second. Those are on him, not the defense.
