Good enough to get the job done if the bulk of the load (and pressure) is not on him. Dilfer had a running game and a lights out defense. Dallas has neither of those things and every season ends predictably the same.

I don't blame Dak at all. He is what he is and it is not his fault Jerrah acts like he's an elite game changer.

If this team had actual linebackers and a back like Derrick Henry, Dak would be more than enough.

Unfortunately for Dak Jerrah won't do that. That would require for him to admit he was wrong. Instead we'll "like our guys" roll out the same team and lose in the playoffs the same way for the 4th straight year.

Dak is tied for worst post-season record by a QB, he is in his own category of garbage we shouldn’t be disrespecting QBs that have won by grouping them with him.
Dallas players are in the record books for the wrong reasons.

Those who put all their eggs in the qb is the reason basket don’t understand football

But I can understand why they feel like they do . Dak who I like just seems to shrink on the biggest stage when things don’t go well

I don’t see a ton of creativity in offense and on defense I just don’t see whole lot to keep or be excited about

All 3 levels need improvement even Micah does a disappearing act in big stage but hes a Twitter all star

I’d trade him while you can and blow this thing up but if your keeping him and are gonna build around him then you need another linebacker in FA one like Fred Warner talent levels
DLaw is not someone I’d prioritize keeping but he’s the only one that’s worth a tinkers damn on front line . Secondary is ok if you improve the front 7 once Diggs comes back maybe

Safety room needs to be better

When Dak has a SB ring get back to me on the Trent Dilfer memo .
He doesn't get one without Ray Lewis and Jamal Lewis.

My point stands. Dak wilts under the lights so why force him to be the focal point. Fix the LB core and get and actual starting RB.

What other options are there? Jerrah will never admit he was wrong and move on from Dak.

Exactly. The Ravens knew exactly what they had with Dilfer so they paid him less and used the money to bolster the rest of the team. You can't bolster the rest of anything when you are paying Dak Prescott 20% of the cap. In reality Dak should never have gotten extended. What you saw yesterday wasn't some aberration or something we didn't know about him. You had ample data to realize that he had this tendency to fall apart when he was expected to step up. And hey this doesn't make him a bad dude, very few guys can step up like that.
