Dallas and Top Ten teams draft

Mond is not good and should not be an option in any rd before 6. Probably an undrafted FA
Horn isn't making it that far.

4th rd I would be willing to look at guys who can contribute even if it is mainly special teams. I do agree Mond better have a good senior bowl.
Same. The 4th to me is were you go for the projects and sparq traits guys.

So am I. CBs are apart of the defense, I want Surtain,Nasireldeen, Tony Fields II,and Alim McNiel as some of our picks. Everything that we need on every level.

i don’t agree
You’re going about it the wrong way IMO

We need to build front to back starting with DT and LB and FS and then going to CB

We are serviceable at CB and have absolute trash at the other places. The way to change is to expend premium resources at the front 7 rather than CB

JMO of course

Dallas except to have comp picks of 99, 135, 175, and 223
Thanks for the effort

But those trades are way, WAY too generous for Dallas.
We at the CowboysZone always do this....give the Cowboys some incredibly lopsided trade deal that has never in history happened.
You actually gave us two such trades!
Thanks!

fwiw, if we wanted the 15th and 46th, then the actual trade with the Pats would probably be
Dallas' 10 and 99
for Pats' 15 and 46

Even that is in our favor. Belichick would probably want a 5th or so to balance it out....and no possible way they also give up next year's 1st....holy cow.

The next trade is also way too generous. Come on bro!
Our 15 for their 23rd and 34th? They can almost (not quite) get our 10th overall for that price.
If the Jets have a pick in the late 50s or so, they could pair that with the 23rd to move up to 15.

The way I see it. The guys I like accomplish that. You have the safety, and DT in McNeil. People get caught up in the moment but McNiel is the penetration monster who can stuff the run and rush the passer on occasion that we need. Nixon and Barmore with premium firsts are 3-Techs.

Moehrig isn't worth the 1st round pick we have nor is any other safety.

Parsons is a healthy Jaylon they struggle with the same weaknesses.

Have the same strengths.

Every linebacker is a mid first guy and then it's a pock em.

I am all for trading back and if you can multiple times in a draft that lacks top end defensive talent, but you need players on the board that teams want to give up additional picks for. Yes, QB's are the biggest trade chip, but after that position, it will be hard to see another team making such a move.

wow, all these teams trading up in into the top 4 and giving away the house to get a QB. So much for all those idiots wanting meaningless wins against the Bengals and dregs of the NFL. :lmao2::lmao2::lmao::lmao:
