Meaningless comparison, but I looked up an they beat the two NY teams in back to back weeks in 1971 by 70 combined points and coincidentally their next game was against the Cardinals, just like now. They won that by 19.

Then 2 weeks after that played the 49ers, just like they will this year. Though that was a playoff game.
