Dallas has 10 selections over seven rounds, tied for second-most in NFL

I don't know what they'll do with those picks but I do know that whatever it is it will be done well.

You calling me Delusional? You may be as delusional as they are also. You have no idea how much they know. But it is logical they know more than you think they know.
Just because you hate them that is your reasoning,

They most likely sat in meetings, going over who is on their board and why.
I do not have any “idea how much they know”. Nor do you. It is “logical” to conclude Jerry and son are as useful as breasts on a fish based on results over the last three decades. They are as dumb as stumps and have no place in the contemporary NFL.

But they are fancy dressers and likely read GQ.

There is no universe where McClay tells Jerry Jones who to pick.
What do you think McClay is there for? He's the guy who is doing all the work and gives the Joneses their options. That's his job. He isn't there to make the pick, but he is there to advise.

Do our fans really think that Jerry and Stephen are spending their time studying these nearly 300 draft picks and choosing them based on their research?

McClay gives them the information and they make the picks. Now, they may say, we need a OL, who's the best OL available?

I just think fans give the Joneses too much credit. McClay's job is to provide them with the personnel information they need to make decisions.

They have a structure in place with a person they hired (McClay) to guide who they pick. I doubt their knowledge of the draft picks goes very deep because that's a lot of information to assimilate.

You may have 20-30 players on the board at a position. You think the Joneses are going to process information about that many players at one position? I think they are going to ask the guy they hired to do that to tell them who they should be looking at during the draft. I think they are going to look at the value chart set up by McClay and the scouts. I think they are going to ask the coaches what they need and what they want. And I think they are going to choose based on that input.

Do you think a player like Nahshon Wright was picked because the Joneses had extensively studied his film and thought he was the best player available at that point? No, he was picked because Quinn wanted a long corner whose skillset somewhat matched Richard Sherman's and McClay provided a name or a couple of names who fit that. The Joneses made the decision to draft the corner based on the information over other positions that the coaches wanted. It was their decision, not their information.

The only players the Joneses are likely familiar with are those who were brought in for visits and those they have seen play personally.

As far as the hate comment goes, I believe fans give the Joneses too much blame for the picks. That's the opposite of hate.

With thinking that why are you fan?

Just draft good football players, regardless of round. Usually, the tape doesn't lie. Rely on the tape and the interviews. That's why I would not be mad if we drafted a guy like Donovan Edwards from Michigan with one of those day 3 picks. He's a solid RB. Also, his team mate Mullings. He's a big running back. In round 3, we just need to find a starter. We have no choice.
We should have more faith in the late rounds.
Take a look at this list of cowboy greats taken in the late rounds. Rayfield Wright anyone?
Blimey, how about Roger Staubach and Kenny Gant?

most of those were back with there were twelve rds or more. When Roger was picked, there were seventeen rounds in the draft. And there were fewer teams. Back then there were few undrafted players that made it big in the NFL. Much fewer than now.

anyone boasting about having a lot of fifth rd picks need to remember how few fifth rd picks ever make decent starters, let alone stars.

...what are the chances they get Viable characters to play ball? 50/50. Roll em'
