Soft on both sides of the ball and without a leader. Dak is a company sells man . You know the guy the company rolls out to sell you that the company is doing well and 2 months later the company is closed. We have no real leaders on this team. And that BS line "I lead by my example on the field". Worse fail line ever created IMHO. From top to bottom there is no leadership. Every team we had that was a Super caliber team had leaders on both sides of the ball. In the 70's you had Roger Staubach on offense. No need to say more. On defense you had Randy White, Harvey Martin throwing funeral reefs into the then Commanders locker. Waters, Harris. On the 90 teams you had Troy, Irvin, Emmit. On defense you had Charles Haley keeping everybody in line-with that famous line " ya'll f'in with my money now" You better get your butts together. On this team we have a bunch of politicians and choirboys. They don't believe what they say. They just say what they I hope the fans and especially Jerry will except. Especially Dak. He shows no fire or leadership in times of trouble on the field.

I've never seen any of these players get mad on the sidelines and go across the defense or offense getting on players playing bad. No urgency at all. They get hit in the mouth they don't hit back. They run home without their ball. I remember times in the 90's it was fights on the sidelines due to someone not doing what they were supposed to do. When Dak does something dumb he goes to the end of the bench eyes glazed and wide sulking. Lamb whines and cries like a 5 year old in a store after mommy didn't get him the newest toy. LVE helps Fournette up after a play earlier he tries to run Diggs over. Fournette snatches his hand away and gets up on his own . Choirboy mentality. Now the defense has gotten better but they are NO where near as physical as the 90's defense. The Bucks ran the ball on them up and down the field-resistance was futile. And Fournette let them no about it. We already know the front office is delusional and wacky. The coaching staff clueless. You guys see any adjustments after half time from the OC? Big Mike is just there in title. Nothing more. Anybody in here think he's a leader of men in Dallas? The team is soft as his abs. I've never seen a team lacking so much in everything from top to bottom. Rant over! God Bless America!!

You don’t know squat about leadership. Many in battle have led by example. There are multiple ways to be a good leader.

Don’t worry MM is going to beat up some watermelons tonight to toughen them up, then it’s out to the Golden Buffet for some bonding.

You show me anything on this team or organization that looks like leadership

:hammer: ....including Moore!

Great point!!! Moore is the worst! I don't by the way. Take pleasure in bashing my team but you have to call it like you see it. I would love to come in here and say we have the best organization and coaching staff in the league-even say one of the best. But we all would know that's a lie. And any fan in here whose objectional can't say these aren't real issues. It is what is -is though. Nothing is going to change until Jerry and Stephen leave. Good luck with that. Peace.

Rant or not this is a very good post. Very good explanation of things put in just a few words. Not everybody is able to do this kind of writing.

Thanks for that.

And btw: Yes, you are right with everything.

Charmin or Northern ?

We always have soft and puffy coaches. Wade Phillips, soft and puffy. Garrett, just soft. Now the stay puffed marshmallow man in BigMac. Why can't we ever get a coach like Brian Flores or Bill Cowher? Guys that looked like they woke up angry.

Or how about Tom Landry with the steel nerves of a man who flew bomber missions in world war II.

Don't think football rattled him too much truly a kids game compared to The pressure he dealt with in flying those missions

Micah parsons, and he might be the only one honestly

Agreed but Micah isn't gonna grab somebody like Haley did:laugh:Dallas just need a few crazy guys on the field to push the rest. Say what you may about Haley but the guy hated losing. I'd take that all day over someone who doesn't care one way or the other.
