Dotson reminds one of a fresh Cooper out of college. This kid is phenomenal. Love watching him play. He literally makes an average quarterback (Sean Clifford) look all pro w/some of his spectacular catches.

Dallas will need to address their WR corps, which is surrounded by many question marks. Luckily for them, Jahan Dotson & a few other options might be available in the 2nd round of the draft.
Did I mention he's from Penn State?! BOOM!

Who should the Cowboys target in the second round?
Jahan Dotson, WR, Penn State

Optimally, Jerry Jones would draft an offensive lineman in the first round given last season’s red flags. However, the futures of Amari Cooper and Michael Gallup are not set in stone. If you drafted Jahan Dotson in the second round, you’d certainly alleviate some of your concerns.

The Cowboys might have tot trade up to land Dotson, but it will be well worth it. The five-foot-11 speedster displayed an ability to stretch the field in each of his four college seasons. Dotson averaged 15.6, 18.1, 17.0, and 13.0, respectively, when it came to average yards per reception.

I have no doubt a skill player gets drafted high.

If they release Cooper they are going to likely take WR with one of the 1st 3 picks. Dotson is a very good prospect. For me he is WR 6. But wouldn’t be shocked if someone takes him late in the 1st round. He’s on the smaller side but I really like the player.

That would be cool. My wife told me about him back when he was a freshman. She worked with his mother.

He might be there in the 2nd. But I doubt he's there when we pick in the 2nd.

WR is the least of our worries on this team no matter how good he turns out to be\.
I think fans belive sources such as, Inside the Star & The Star more than you.

Oh that's neat. You're absolutely right, I doubt he'll be there at 2nd as well.

Love the player, has some serious hands ( snatching passes, OB jr style) but as of now, don't see us targeting WR.

Been a fan of Dotson for a while.

That said, I don’t see the Amari Cooper comp at all.

IMO, Kadarius Toney is closer comp.

That’s why I love free agency before the draft.

We will hopefully fill a few spots before then

It is always their priority......usually positions losing starters to free agency. As of now, that would be TE, WR, G, DE, S, and LBer. Actually didn't realize we were losing that many ( starters ) until now. Quite a bit.......

I always love free agency in the beginning. Being linked to everybody, refreshing non stop, only to see them sign with Washington, New York, Philly or somebody super cheap

Right around the corner....

March 14-16

NFL: NFL teams are allowed to negotiate with the agents of prospective unrestricted free agents during a period beginning March 14 at 12 p.m. ET and ending at 3:59:59 p.m. ET on March 16.

not if they move on from amari and loose some of our wr f/a's like gallup and wilson.
it's a need.

If you're right that would be a helluva get in the 2nd.

Toney is dynamic, just nuts and hurt a lot.

It would seem that type of player wouldn't slide, but sometimes that happens.

So many WR drafted high in the last two drafts may be a factor there.
