EXCLUSIVE: TNT's Dallas reboot is starting to take shape. Josh Henderson (Desperate Housewives) has landed one of the leads in the project, playing J.R.'s son. Additionally, original Dallas stars Larry Hagman, Patrick Duffy and Linda Gray are now all confirmed to return to Southfork.....

There are good shows out there that get cancelled or there are good shows that never get a chance.

Yet we wind up with a bunch of rehashed old shows.

Like Melrose Place, 90210, Knight Rider, and Bionic Woman, it'll be a pale imitation of the original and fail. Ditto that new Charlie's Angels in the pipeline.

Ditto to all the comments. I will probably watch the first episode out of curiosity, but my hopes are not high at all.

It was more of a Woman's type show back in the day anyway.

Wasn't it considered the first prime time soap opera that went on to spawn a couple of other shows like Falcons rest or landing or something like that.

I don't know if it was the first one but I know it was the most popular.

I watched because they had the fly over of Texas Stadium in the credits and I thought Charlene Tilton was HOT!

They are all dropping off as well. Only Betty White is still alive from the GG.

The funny thing is, my grandfather (who just passed away a couple of weeks ago) on my Dad's side looked very much like Jim Davis.
