Dallas trades 12,149 to Green Bay for 23,54,124 Close enough and would allow for Dallas to have:
Round 1: No. 23 -- Tyliek Williams, DT Ohio State
Round 2: No. 44 -- Jayden Higgins, WR
Round 2: No. 54 -- Darien Porter, CB Iowa State
Round 3: No. 76 -- Quinton Judkins, RB Ohio State
Round 4: No.124 -- Demetrius Knight Jr. SC or Danny Stutsman, OK LB --- whichever Dallas thinks would make the best Mike
All of these could be starting by mid season.
Then we get to the developmental guys:
Round 5: No. 174 -- Ty Robinson, DT Nebraska
Round 6: No. 204 -- Tahj Brooks, RB TT
Round 6: No. 211 -- Teddye Buchanan, LB California
Round 7: No. 217 -- Jack Nelson, OT Wisconsin
Round 7: No. 239 -- Carson Vinson OT Alabama A&M or Dalton Cooper OT Oklahoma State
Round 7: No. 247 -- Thor Griffith, DT or Ja'Corey Brooks WR both from Louisville
Tyliek? Him and Mazi solidifies the DL.
Jayden? He looks like a future awesome #2 and being a 2nd rounder won't have to replace CD, but still can support him.
Darien? Enough size and speed to cover the new big WR. 6'3" with 4.3 speed. Plays outside and would push Bland back to the slot where he started and really belongs, IMO.
Quinton? Best RB available at that time -- I don't think you go wrong with him.
Knight or Stutsman? Will be a starting Mike by mid year.
We have a good 3T but Ty Robinson could be a very good one.
Tahj Brooks is a bell cow just hand him the ball and he will get you yards, nothing special
Teddye Buchanan.......LB with speed
Tackles to develop.....we will always need.
I just like Thor Griffith, he is strong. Last pick of the draft for Dallas. If not him, get Desmond Watson.....odds are these guys don't develop ---- but if they do......... or another developmental WR????
So how would you feel, if this is the draft Dallas came up with?
