David Culley - Parcells Ties

A native of Sparta, TN, Culley was recruited by current Dallas Cowboys head coach Bill Parcells as a quarterback at Vanderbilt University. Culley broke into the coaching ranks in 1978 when he oversaw the running backs at Austin Peay University. He next returned to his alma mater to coach the Commodores receivers from 1979-81.

I think he has a pretty good idea of what he is getting in TO.
