Maybe 3rd round . I’m not convinced the Wisconsin alum Biadez is the answer at center . At 6’5 300 LB with going on 30 straight starts at a big 12 program at Texas Tech Deaton has the size to go along with Zack Martin and McGovern to form a strong interior .

Really need to look at the center position . If nothing else this position needs some competition going into next season .

Problem with McGovern is he can only play Right Guard at a above average level. Left guard he is just meh.

I am guessing Deaton goes 5-7th round. Might even slip through like Steele. Tech isn't a powerhouse for known OL.
I am not saying he wouldn't be a good one, only that 3rd seems high for him from boars I have read, and from the eye test of watching Tech games.

He’s got size if he slips down the board take a flyer on him and if goes UDFA definitely sign him . My guess would be 4-6 round. That’s such a specialized position on the line .

Give me Charles Cross the LT at Miss State round one with Dawson Deaton C Texas Tech round three and let’s get about the business of pairing them with Zack Martin Conner McGovern Terrence Steele in 2022 .

Dak Prescott going into year 7 . Definitely think with an upgrade in the line play and an addition at RB retool this offense.

No interest in Collins anymore and at his age and wear and tear on his body maybe Tyron finishes a fine career as swing tackle , depth . Might prolong his career. OLINE biggest upgrade this team needs .
