Dear Tony Romo...

The goal of playcalling is to keep the defense off-balance. If all it takes to get us to stop running is put eight in the box, then teams can just put eight in the box and know that we're going to pass the ball 85 percent of the time. That makes it pretty easy on the defense. They make us think we're "taking what they give us," but in reality, we're playing right into their hands.

I haven't gone back and looked at it since the game ended, but I'd be surprised if that's not exactly what happened on the interception. They stack the box, take away any thoughts we had of running the ball, then drop into a pass defense at the snap. Horton sprints from the box to the flat, Romo never sees him, and it's an easy turnover inside our territory.

Listening to the DC talk radio yesterday, they said that Horton had been told that if Dallas set up how they did, that the throw would go to that side and he knew it. Take it for what it's worth.

I'd take Jason Campbell over Romo... He's 6'5 and has a rocket arm and is coming into his own.
NO WAY

Am I the only person who didn't think his INT was that bad?

No, you're not alone. I thought the safety just made a excellent play by sprinting out to that spot when the corner backed off of press coverage. Romo thought he had a easy 10yrd out when the CB backed off 15yrds. Great play by the their D...

I would like to preface this by saying I like you a LOT...

You are a great QB with a lot of skills. You made your mark by scrambling around in the pocket and making plays.

In the offseason, you decided to change your style looking at other QB's, specifically Tom Brady.

No offense, but you aren't 6' 5" 240... you are 6' 1" 225. You are not a traditional pocket passer. You made your way to the starting position by making plays. You made plays by scrambling. You went to the Pro Bowl doing exactly that.

Why would you want to change your style? Dance with "what brung you", my friend...

Roger Staubach is a legend for doing just that... Go back to your roots... be yourself... There's no shame in that...

Let the flaming begin... :D

The only thing that scares me about that style of play is the chance of Tony becoming a concussion away from being Steve Young...
