Death of the Mock!

[acer941]

InDepth round 1 -2Mock Draft. This Mock will not be consisting of any trades.

1st Overall Pick - Carolina Panthers Select - Cam Newton QB Auburn.

This pick just makes to much sense. They need a Franchise QB and a player to fill the seats not to mention he has game breaking running ability at the QB position which Vick proved can be Devastating to a opposing team.

2nd Overall Pick - Denver Broncos Select - Marcell Dareus DT Alabama.

The Broncos have already expressed confidence in there DEs consisting of Robert Ayers and Elvis Dumervill. They also released there only credible DT in Jamal Williams so either Marcell Dareus or Nick Fairley are a Given here.

3rd Overall Pick - Buffalo Bills Select - DaQuan Bowers DE Clemson.

The Bills could go to Countless places with this pick but i have them taking the Top DE of the Draft and will increase their lack luster pass rush.

4th Overall Pick - Cincinnati Bengals Select - A.J. Green WR Georgia.

The closer it gets to the Draft the more this pick looks like its certain to happen. With even T.O. and Ochocinco already looking for other possible teams to play on next year. Which leaves the Bengals with a huge gap at WR and A.J. Green solves that.

5th Overall Pick - Arizona Cardinals Select - Von Miller OLB/DE Texas A&M.

They signed Joey Porter last year in hopes of rejuvinating their OLB positon but that project failed Badly. But with Von Miller they have a chance to not only Rejuvinate it but get a young Star in the Making.

6th Overall Pick - Cleveland Browns Select - Julio Jones WR Georgia.

The Browns are happy Jones had the combine performance he had. He was one of the combine’s best performers and may have pushed himself into the top ten. With Green off the board, the Browns turn to Jones and give Colt McCoy a big, playmaking target at wideout.

7th Overall Pick - San Fransico 49ers Select - Blaine Gabbert QB Missouri.

The 49ers have been looking for a Long Term Solution for years at the QB position. Following the Bust of Alex Smith you'd think the 49ers would be reluctant to select a QB, But their QB Positon is in so bad of a shape that they have to take one here.

8th Overall Pick - Tennessee Titans Select - Nick Fairley DT/DE Auburn.

With Nick Fairleys versatility and the Titans having holes everywhere including the D-Line. They write his name and Sprint up to the Podium to bring him into Tennessee.

9th Overall Pick - Dallas Cowboys Select - Patrick Peterson CB LSU.

With this pick the Cowboys Select the Best Defensive Back of the Draft. It will be fun to see what Rob Ryan can do with a Secondary consisiting of Peterson, Jenkins, Newman, Scandrick, Sensabuagh, and hopefully Huff.

10th Overall Pick - Washington Commanders Select - J.J. Watt DE Nebraska.

J.J. is rising Draft Boards fast and is projected to be a Top 10 Pick and at the least a Top 15 Pick. With the Commanders needing a 5 Technique J.J. seems like a perfect Candidate.

11th Overall Pick - Houston Texans Select - Prince Amukamara CB Nebraska.

[Hostile]

I like the hard work you put into this. I think we'll have to trade up to around 6 to get Peterson, but I think he could be there.

I was going to do a 1-7 Mock Draft but like you said its alot of work.

[BAT]

So you have Robert Quinn dropping out of the top 10 all the way down into the second day?

[unionjack8]

we ignore DL and OL again. To select a FS in Moore that cant tackle and will ahve Peterson in front of him on the depth chart in 2 years time?

[basstapp]

Julio Jones went to Georgia ? I dig the mock though

[acheman]

JJ Watt is from WISCONSIN Not Nebraska. Good effort though, thanks.
