My thoughts is pressure him and play close so to take away the quick short passes and let him have the long ones. If we can pressure him he won't have time to set and throw long. If we protect long he will dink pass us all game and wear down our D. Thoughts.

You beat Brady by constantly changing looks on defense while managing to get consistent pressure in the middle of the pocket. You can’t let him get confident that he always knows what he’s seeing presnap, and he particularly doesn’t like the pocket collapsing from the front.

The problem is, Quinn wants to keep it simple. Cover one, single safety high.

He knows those. Whoever is CB2 is in trouble with no safety help. It’s how they beat Carolina. Bad corner play with no safety help, Evans just feasted

Nailed it. If Todd Bowles is smart, CB2 is in big trouble. But I think there is actually a chance they overcommit to the run given how much Dallas has struggled there and the narrative over the season.

Looks NO, dudes been playing 20 years and seen our defense twice in the last 2 season already and in the game 1 matchup.. pressure yes, go after him from every angle and do it quickly..he has a fast release, hes tough to sack because of it,..

The formula has always been get pressure in his face, be able to generate pressure with just the front 4 and play press coverage across the board. Get him off that spot, success increases greatly. I would have Parsons blitzing in the A Gap often and even kick DLaw inside on the nickel.

Fournette has passed 75 yards only once all season. Week one against Dallas. We didn’t have Hankins either at the time. Hopefully a healthy Hank and LVE is helpful Monday

People say that the way to beat Brady is to get pressure up the middle. But this is easier said than done or every team would do and Brady would not be going into the HoF 5 years after he retires. I really think Brady does not want to get hit hard because he fears for his 45 year old body. Find ways to keep hitting him, legally of course, and make him think about the pass rush. See if you can get him to adjust the clock in his head.

If they dont apply consistent pass rush pressure the whole game they will lose.
It's really that simple.
