Defense Ahead of the Offense

Every camp recently it seems that the defense has been lights out better than our offense, but is that true? Or is it that our defense is going against the same offense every practice.

Yet when we get against other teams, we see some bad plays by the defense that we weren't expecting due to the great training camp they have.

I like everything about our defense, our leader no doubt is Dan Quinn/Al Harris etc. They've got us lengthy, tough, and FAST! I am excited, are you? How far can this defense go???

I am excited about the improvement this defense makes getting more familiar with Quinn’s system. Our DBs should have a higher comfort zone knowing their assignments better allowing them to react quicker with less “thinking”. My biggest question going into the season is have we done enough to improve our physicality at the LOS. The 49ers ran it down our throats on that opening drive touchdown making us look soft. Have we done enough to prevent that from happening again?

the offense will be fine when we get our wr's healthy...very happy to see the defense improving. With a top 10 defense and a more than capable offense, this team will have a shot.

most yards and td's of any team in 2021 seems like hes using them pretty effectively to me...can he do better, sure there is always room for improvement, but lets not act like the offense wasn't pretty friggin good last year.

It went to crap against good team, after the Denver game. They couldn't beat a cover 2 with talent. They did well against sub par cover 2 defenses, but the AZ, SanFrans of the world ate our lunch.

This offense will hinge on whether or not we can run the ball.
