Yes, it's great when it works to their advantage in a game and they have the match up advantages against opposing OLs to be able to get to and pressure the QB. And they can be dominate when the game is unfolding in their favor to allow them to pin their ears back and get after the QB. The problem is how there are going to be OCs and offenses who can effectively counter the Cowboys pass rush by smart play designs and by running the ball. So instead of being able to adjust to this, the DL still tries to aggressively pursue the QB leaving them open to getting gashed on the ground.

There are going to be several teams on the Cowboys schedule who will have the ability to run the ball. It's up to Dan Quinn and the Cowboys DL to find ways to stop these teams from running the ball down their throats like the Cardinals did.

This team is built to play with a lead and be aggressive on defense.

Yesterday, they went totally conservative on offense but didn't match it on defense.

This was a Jason Garrett loss, where the scheme and overall approach just makes absolutely no sense.

I have defended MM, but I am forced to agree w/ this. It just made no sense.
