My boy talks to DWare on the phone, talked to him this morning and said he sounded jacked & unless something happened since 9:30 this morning hes playing. He also said theyre afraid that roy11 has an high anklesprain that he tweeked in practice this week, but he told my boy he'll probably play because Stanbachs shoulder slipped out this week again too & theyre stuck w/ da roster since they brought up coleman.

I believe Ware's playing. None of the Beat writers have reported otherwise. I'm more inclined to believe them than a Pittsburgh outlet.

Its not confirmed that its a high ankle sprain,but def an ankle injury & my boy said that if stanbacks shoulder didnt slip out again roy probably would not be playing today. As for Dware, he told my boy he was playing so unless a Dr. ruled him out I would assume hes playing.

Personell don't know where rumors about doubtful etc came from. They are counting on him to play, no info to suggest he won't.

That was one of my main concerns with the trade - hopefully with some more dedication in training in the offseason here he can get through the injury bug. Irvin was quite nicked up his first few years in the league and then was healthy until the spinal cord concussion.

I bet we'll see him come out and warm up just to make sure it's all systems go. The fact that Ware practiced this week is a good sign. Marion Barber didn't practice at all this week and he's out. He didn't even make the trip.

Tim MacMahon: We'll know for sure within the hour. I don't get how Ware could go from a virtual certainty to play, which was the word on Friday, to a gametime decision. Did the cold weather in Pittsburgh catch the Cowboys by surprise? You would think that the weather's affect on his hyperextended knee would have been taken into consideration when Ware was listed as probable.
