I get that you're mad at the Cowboys (who isn't?), but that's really a silly statement.I would go in as a Bronco if I was him.
This isn't true. They freakin' love Ware and how he helped Von Miller blossom into a leader. Ware was also a monster in the 2015 playoffs.I get that you're mad at the Cowboys (who isn't?), but that's really a silly statement.
Ware with the Cowboys ..
- Defensive Rookie of the Year
- All-Pro = 7 times
- Pro Bowl = 7 times
- Sacks = 117
- Games = 140
Ware with the Broncos ...
- Pro Bowl = 2 times
- 21.5 sacks
- 33 games
Playing on the Broncos helped him get a Super Bowl ring (which is awesome), but his Hall of Fame career happened while he was with the Cowboys.
Broncos fans forgot about Ware the moment he retired while Cowboys fans still talk about him.
The Broncos defensive player their fans will love and remember when he gets into the Hall of Fame is Von Miller.
They loved him when he was playing for them, absolutely, but I said once he retired. This isn't true. They freakin' love Ware and how he helped Von Miller blossom into a leader.
They are currently celebrating his induction into the HOF the same as us on the Denver subreddit - many having comments like Hardline that he should go in as a Broncos since they got him something the Cowboys couldn't.They loved him when he was playing for them, absolutely, but I said once he retired.
Well of course they love him now because all fans want to brag about their team's Hall of Fame players. They are currently celebrating his induction into the HOF the same as us on the Denver subreddit - many having comments like Hardline that he should go in as a Broncos since they got him something the Cowboys couldn't.
But I agree, he should go in a Cowboy and it's pretty clear he will since Jones broke the news to him (also the one who pushed to draft him)
You don't go IN as anything....but his stats came from the Cowboys. Let's be real here......I would go in as a Bronco if I was him.
His ring came from the Broncos. And Hall of Famers are identified with a team/You don't go IN as anything....but his stats came from the Cowboys. Let's be real here......
I mentioned that earlier in the threadHaven’t we all discussed this before…..a player doesn’t actually go into the HOF as this team or that team. It is an individual honor. There’s no jersey or Logo. The only hint of where a guy’s loyalty lies is in whom he asks to introduce him and what part of his career he talks about most in his speech. Neither his bust nor his gold jacket has any indication of what team he played for. So it’s not really even a choice to be made.
Enshrinees do not go into the Pro Football Hall of Fame as a member of a certain team. Rather, all of an enshrinee's affiliations are listed equally. His ring came from the Broncos. And Hall of Famers are identified with a team/
It gets mentioned literally every year, and people still don't get it thru their heads.Enshrinees do not go into the Pro Football Hall of Fame as a member of a certain team. Rather, all of an enshrinee's affiliations are listed equally.
Even if they did....he didn't got into the Hall of Fame because of his ring he went in because of all those sacks he piled up in Dallas. I get it we are suppose to be anti-Cowboys but I mean the proof is here.
NudeI would go in as a Bronco if I was him.
I don't understand lol. I learned it a few years ago on this site and yet people still think guys go in with a team. We had this discussion with TO lol.....It gets mentioned literally every year, and people still don't get it thru their heads.
I assume there is way more money to be had associating as s Dallas Cowboy.I would go in as a Bronco if I was him.
Which is why he retired a cowboy. You go into the hall of fame with no team designation, that’s the way it should be…but we all know his hall of fame career happened in Dallas…including Ware. Congrats DeMarcus well deserved.
