One of the dumbest eras on this site was guys ragging on him for not being "dirty" or not making sacks in the clutch.....

Good for Ware. Great human being, great player......definitely made that star proud.

I have a Demarcus Ware Christmas ornament. Talk about wasting a career. Sad he had to go to Denver to get a ring.

I'm mixed on Ware. I'm not overjoyed that he is in the ROH and I wouldn't be pissed if he wasn't. I loved him as a player, but unfortunately, he played during an era I'd like to forget.

It is unjust and unfair but to them, not to Ware. Hopefully, Ware will not get caught up in the totally unnecessary nonsense Jones purposefully creates. Ware's recognition does not deserve any negativity in my opinion.

Agree. I feel bad for Ware as his induction into the ROH is being overshadowed by the whole "when is Jerry going to put Jimmy in" drama. I hope the crowd shows their appreciation!!

Think the ignoring is bad? Consider the fact sacks did not become an official NFL statistic until 1982. Now think how the Pro Football Hall of Fame Board of Selectors (and people like Jones) would STILL ignore Too Tall and Martin if sacks had been recorded for both players BEFORE 1982.

they are very good crowd... they will get very loud for demarcus, the luv their team, that's why they're there.. most of those fans that go to those support the team unlike here that act like haters and trolls come out in full force...

Think the ignoring is bad? Consider the fact sacks did not become an official NFL statistic until 1982. Now think how the Pro Football Hall of Fame Board of Selectors (and people like Jones) would STILL ignore Too Tall and Martin if sacks had been recorded for both players BEFORE 1982.

Exactly, Harvey still holds the unofficial record for sacks at 23 in a 14 game season.. insane
