Did a trade opportunity open up tonight?

Just saw on ESPN that Cincinnatti's kicker got hurt (looked bad). If I'm not mistaken, that's their second kicker to go down this summer. What are the chances that we trade one of our two kickers, and what might we expect in return if a trade went down?

Slim to none - they sit back and force teams to cut and they can pick a Vet PK pretty much.

WE can't trade our healthy kicker, and why would they trade for our gimpy kicker?

You're probably right, Nors. There will be a number of them available very shortly.

I didn't state it, but I'm assuming Gramatica wouldn't be gimpy. He did state that he would be ready for the opener. But you're right, anyone would have to look at him with a cautious eye.

Well if he passed a physical, and proved he's 100%, i guess we could trade him, but i wonder if he's worth even a 7th?

They signed a kicker on Wed...Eiling just cut by JAX.

Elling was the kicker that was just injured. Signed on Wednesday, injured on Friday.

I was wondering the same thing earlier. Not that I mind, just was surprised to see his post.
