Did anyone get really upset when nfl suspended zeke 6 games, with a heart attack to sue NFL?

Ok, I told i would ask, my friend wants me to ask, when the NFL suspended zeke, larry had a small heart attack, stress, etc, the doctor checked him out, so he wants to sue the NFL for not having zeke available on his fantasy team, and what goodell did. so, if anyone had this situation, msg me back, yeah i know, its out there, but i told larry i would ask,

If there is a witness to someone else causing him a lot of undo stress and it can't be shown that they are the cause...then it would have to be assumed that it was the NFL even if there is no witness or direct evidence that they did anything.
