Sorry to say this but the giants were never really went on a run at the end of the season.
All these people say the giants went on a run at the end of the season but their run was at the beggining.
They started 0-2 and then were 6-2.
They actually had a bad ending to their season.
I dont see where everybody says they went on a run at the end of the season before the playoffs. That is a big misconception.
Check it out for yourself.

I still hope we can go on a run that they went on winning 6 straight.
Since that will definetly put us in the playoffs.
We have to beat SF, Seattle, and Baltimore.
Thats 3 wins.
Then we have to win 2 out of these 4.
Washington, NYG, Phil, and Pittsburg.
We have to beat Washington just so the emotion of the team can be lifted up.
That would put us at 10-6 and hopefully a playoff birth.
So is this doable, It should be, but only time will tell.

Why does it matter?

What the Giants did in the Playoffs was remarkable.

And when is the last time the Dallas Cowboys made a run at a Championship and played great towards the end of the season?

Thats kind of my point.
Everybody is saying we can do what the giants did at the end of the season last year.
When in reality the giants didnt do anything at the end of the season to get into the playoffs.
They just had a good playoff run.
Something that might be hard for us to do.

They won 2 of their last 3 of the regular season, I believe, and then won 3 playoff games and the Superbowl. That's a pretty good run at the end of the season.

I see where the OP is trying to go.

The Giants were lauded for the consecutive ROAD wins....10 or 11?

They went 4-4 down the stretch in the regular season and didnt lose a game in playoffs.

Thats all that matters.
