The Jaguars need to pick Icky or Evan Neal.

The only way that franchise ever gets out of the basement is if Trevor Lawrence develops. Getting a good DE doesn't change their trajectory. They've had Josh Allen for a while, and he's good but he's never moved the needle. They had Yannick Ngakuwae as well, good DE, never moved the needle. Aiden Hutchinson similarly doesn't move that needle. Lawrence moves the needle. Get him blockers.
