Fox analyst and Dallas Cowboys Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman has plenty of chances to see his former teammates and former opponents in South Florida this week. Many Cowboys have moved on to join the media contingent covering Super Bowl XLIV and some are there as potential choices for the Hall of Fame when its class is announced there Saturday. Aikman said when he gets together with players he knows, the conversation isn't always about what happened in each game.

"I think more of the relationships and the things that happened during the week," Aikman said. Maybe certain moments in the games (stand out), but most of my career, I couldn't tell you too many of the plays. I remember the throws, but when we sit around and we talk about it, we're talking about a lot of the great games that we were a part of and the guys that we shared those moments with. And that was a special time for me and a special time for Cowboys football.

Man, it sure was nice in 1992, because I knew the Cowboys were going to beat S.F. after they beat Denver that year. That was the moment that I said, we are better than them (for sure).

Ah, the good ole days of knowing that you had the best team of, perhaps, all time.

Thanks, Troy Aikman.

This guy was great.

His greatest game was the NFC Championship game in SF. 1994
