WR Patrick Crayton, who is challenging T.O. for the title of most quotable Cowboy, traveled to Bristol, Conn. on his off day.

He's scheduled to appear on a handful of of ESPN shows, including NFL Live. He'll be on Mike Tirico's radio show in a few minutes, finally giving folks in this market a reason to turn into that particular program. You can find a listen live link here.

You should check out the Daily zone, where his interview recap and ESPN chat transcript are posted. I don't think he's said anything bad.

Well, let's see, there's (1) saying he wants Indy to beat the Patriots, (2) he thinks the Patriots are getting "help" from the officials, and (3) he's tired of hearing about the Patriots.

Well I have to agree with Patrick on all three counts.

1) I too want Indy to beat the Patriots

2) I think they are barely penalized to the point of suspicion.

3) I too am tired of hearing about the Patriots.

Maybe #2 is a stretch but still I agree with most of what he said. The kicker is I have a feeling that you feel the same as well.

I don't fault a player for having confidence in his ability and his team.

I've never seen a player with so little impact on games, a decent 3rd WR starting due to injury, seldom doing much, get so much dang air time and print time.

It's amazing.

I would add:

4) Belicheat got away with murder with the help from Goodell...

5) even Randy Moss is getting away with pushing off nowadays, when he used to get called as often as Michael Irvin did.

6) did I say Belicheat got away with murder? yea, that's it.

I am guessing this is him trying to get some attention this year prior to becoming a FA.

That was my immediate thought.

ESPN gets someone to say something stupid, and Crayton gets publicity.

Win-Win
