Nick Folk will know if he's claimed by another team today by 3 p.m. If not, he'll continue to work out and stay ready in case something happens.
He said his kicking coach, Chris Sailer, told him his "swing looks different," wondering if he lost the motion that made him so good his first two years partly because of the off-season hip surgery.
But Folk wouldn't rule out a return to the Cowboys.
"It's never out of the possibility, I guess," Folk said. "Stranger things have happened in this world. We'll cross that bridge when we get there but right now I'm just going to walk down the path that's in front of me."
