I think it will come down to if the team played up to their ability. I do find it strange that people will say Wade has to win the SB to keep his job but if we fail to make the SB isn't Garrett responsible for the failure just as well? Wade is not getting much credit for the job he has done but some seem to be willing to lump all failure on Wade

How true! All of the Cowboys' success goes to Parcells and Garrett and all of the blame goes to Wade. If JJ fires Wade after 2 seasons because they didn't win the SB, then will he fire Garrett if after 2 seasons they still don't win a SB?

Everybody seems to know Jerry's mind and what he will do and what he is thinking, etc. The Jerry I've watched closely since the day he bought the team is that nobody can truly predict Jerry and if they do it was a lucky guess. He has the uncanny ability to do the unexpected - go against what people think he will do and then do what people say he won't do. Only Jerry knows for sure.
