Earlier today Tony Romo was inducted into the Eastern Illinois Hall of Fame and at the end of the first quarter of the homecoming game against Tennessee Tech he will have his No. 17 retired and receive the key to Charleston, Ill.
"This is a humbling experience for me to say the least," Romo told the crowd of a couple hundred. "It is definitely proud and meaningful to you but you never get their alone."

No exotic locales for Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo while his team takes a weekend off, at least on Friday night.
Romo was in Southlake to watch some high school football as the Carroll Dragons hosted the Flower Mound Marcus Marauders, with the home team getting the win, 41-30.
