Just got my hands on the minicamp roster, and since I know you guys are interested in these things, here are the draft picks' numbers:
28 -- RB Felix Jones
29 -- RB Tashard Choice
31 -- CB Mike Jenkins
32 -- CB Orlando Scandrick
53 -- OLB Erik Walden
80 -- TE Martellus Bennett
A couple more: Ray Lewis' little brother, Keon Lattimore, is wearing 35; Danny Amendola, the Texas Tech-ex who's caused a little bit of stir, will don 18.

This has probably been discussed before and I probably missed it, but why doesn't Roy have #31 anymore?

Because his college number was 38, when he first joined the Cowboys somebody had that number so he took 31. Now he's just switching back.

I'm hoping it causes ALOT of confusion this year and Jenkins makes them pay. :laugh2:

Ah I see. It was probably George Teague I'd imagine.

Teague wore 31 the year before Roy came to Dallas. He wasn't on the team when Roy got here.

Lynn Scott, that's who had it. Not sure why Roy didn't just pay him for the number, lol.

Speaking of which, can you guys believe Lynn Scott and Tony Dixon were both on our team just a few years ago? hahaha

2002- Lynn Scott wore #21, Duane Hawthorne wore #38.

In 2003 Lynn Scott switched his number to #38.

Sometimes the NFL or team won't let you switch numbers. I remember Ricky Williams wasn't allowed to switch to #27 a couple of years ago.

Roy can change numbers as much as he wants. He wears a bullseye anyway.

It's up to him to turn that around this season, or I think he's done in Dallas.

And done seeing the huge paydays he's grown accustomed to.

I'm rooting for him to do it but it's put up or shut up time.

Because Scott wouldn't have sold it. He was making all the money he needed by blackmailing JJ with nude of pictures of him. How do you think he stayed on the team so long. :D
