The end of the inaugural UFL season could have an impact on the NFL.

Players from the four UFL teams are now free to sign with the NFL. To gauge the level of talent in the NFL, keep in mind that Dallas Cowboys-ex Brooks Bollinger was the top quarterback.

There are some helpful spare parts to be had. Veteran placekicker Matt Bryant could help a contender. According to published reports, Arizona and Atlanta are interested in Bryant.

It was sad watching JP Losman play in the UFL. Bills gave us an extra pick for the guy. He cost the Bills TWO 1st rounders. Now he's in the UFL ... and not playing that well.

Man, sobering.
